I am Steve

the photographer behind Unscripted Lens — a collection of moments captured exactly as they unfold. I don’t follow a strict brief or specialise in a single subject. Instead, my camera comes with me through daily life and travels, ready to catch whatever scene, creature, or detail catches my eye. 

I am lucky enough to live in the beautiful Cotswolds in England and work in London.

One day it might be a quiet City side street bathed in golden light. The next, a fleeting expression in a stranger’s face, a curious fox at the edge of a field, or the patterns of wind on water. I don't over process my photos as I like to keep them as close to how I 'saw' them at the time, so you wont find over stylised photos in my galleries.

My work is about embracing the unplanned — finding beauty in the everyday and the extraordinary alike. Every image here is shot by me, without staging or scripts, and shared so you can enjoy the same spark I felt when I pressed the shutter.
